Attributes of an Inclusive Culture

 

A study comparing the performance of the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity to a matched sample, found empirical evidence that rms with a visible and ongoing commitment to diversity from senior management enabled inclusivity to be engrained in their corporate culture, and on average, nancially outperformed their peers. (Slater, Weigand & Zwirlein, 2008).
