Kashish, is a Human Resources Professional with 19 years’ experience in dealing with large and multiple businesses in the HR partnering role in the service industry in strategic and operational roles. She is an HR Generalist with Practitioner skills and strengths in creating robust people practices around Talent Development, Career Progression, Rewards & Recognition. She has a keen sense of metric orientation to build engagement practices for retention and organization impact for anchoring change. She possesses a strong acumen for Policy and Case Management aimed at smooth and process centric issue resolution.

She has done her MBA from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research Mumbai University. She has also done an intensive coursework and Research in Organizational Development and employee engagement at Cornell University.

Prior to joining NTI she was working with Tata Communications. She has also worked in Cornell University IBM, ING Vysya and Modi Xerox in the course of her professional journey.

In her leisure time, she likes to do trekking and running.
