Dayle Stevens is Divisional CIO at NAB, leading 1000+ people in technology that support the business of NAB, all of the data and analytics platforms, and all testing of technology change. Dayle is the founder of NAB’s Women in Technology program, creating sustainable change for women in technology, and bringing diversity & inclusion into focus at NAB. Dayle has over 25 years experience in IT, holds a Bachelor of Business, was a Certified Practicing Accountant, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Dayle was a Telstra Business Women’s Award finalist in 2015 & 2016, winner of an Australian Computer Society Digital Disruptor Award in 2016, and was named in the inaugural CIO50 list, recognising Australia’s top CIOs, in 2016.
