Module 1: Business Case

This is where participants learn that an inclusive culture is what enables an organisation to leverage diversity. This is the stepping-stone into the deep end of diversity and inclusion.

 

Module 2: Unconscious Bias

This is where participants learn that an inclusive culture is what enables an organisation to leverage diversity. This is the stepping-stone into the deep end of diversity and inclusion.

 

Module 3: Dissecting 'Merit'

We’ve all heard the line ‘they’re the best person for the job’ – this is the module where we challenge this thinking. This module will get leaders to start thinking about employees in the context of talent management, performance reviews and major career decisions.

 

Module 4: Inclusive Leadership

We’ll answer questions like ‘how do inclusive leaders behave?’ and ‘how can we leverage the benefits of diversity?’ This module will challenge leaders to break their bad habits and begin building courage to make a change.

 

Module 5: Taking calculated risks – Shift your mindset

Leaders will begin to understand how to engage team members in the discussion around creating an inclusive culture. We know they will come up against resistance, so we give them the tools to tackle it head on.

 

Module 6: Flexibility Challenge

This module will identify the common barriers to flexible work arrangements and will give leaders the opportunity to tackle them. We’ll go through what flexible work is and how leaders should be going about achieving it.

 

Module 7: Style Difference: Understand and Value

Creating an inclusive team is all about embracing difference, and one major difference that leaders must embrace is different styles in the workplace. We will teach the leaders to shift their focus towards the strengths that are within those differences.

 

Module 8: Collborating Inclusively

An inclusive leader is by definition a collaborator – that’s why this module gives leaders ‘how-to’ strategies to ensure they can collaborate inclusively in their workplace.

 

Module 9: Mentoringing and Sponsoring Inclusively

This module will help build mentoring and sponsorship skills with a special focus on how this can be done in an inclusive way to make the most of a diverse workplace.

 

Module 10: Inclusive Culture

Our final module is all about supporting the leader to engage their team and to start the discussion about how to create a culture of inclusion. This module focusses on the practical role of a leader in engaging a broader group in inclusion and diversity efforts.
